Product Overview
The STS-0620-RNB is a 2-phase single axis linear stepper motor that generates a continuous force of 6.0 lbs [26.7 N]. It is guided by precision roller bearings along the platen. The roller bearings also help maintain the required motor air gap. Power is supplied to the motor via a 10in long cable with a 4-pin Molex connector (P/N: 39-01-4041). There are mounting holes on the top of forcer to allow for payload mounting. This is a replacement for Kulicke and Soffa (K&S) 2920 Work Holder on a K&S 1488 series wire bonder. This forcer is designed to operate on a 1.96″ [49.8 mm] wide, 0.48″ [12.2 mm] thick stepped platen. Platen Model #: STP-20-XXX-R.
